About The Position

This is a temporary contract position established to support increased business needs and hiring activity during a period of organizational growth. The individual in this role will provide critical support to ensure timely and effective delivery of recruiting, onboarding, and operational processes. Employment is intended for a defined period and is not guaranteed to transition to a regular full-time position. This role requires strong ownership of recruiting workflows, ATS accuracy, and candidate experience from intake through offer.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting niche or specialized roles
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent requisitions with high attention to detail
  • Experience working within and maintaining an ATS with strong data accuracy
  • Proven ability to manage recruiting coordination and administrative workflows at a high level
  • Familiarity with sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, and professional networks

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive full-cycle recruitment for specialized and hard-to-fill roles, including sourcing, screening, interview management, and offer execution
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, calibrate candidate profiles, and align on hiring strategy
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for niche talent pools
  • Proactively identify bottlenecks and drive requisitions forward with a sense of urgency and accountability
  • Ensure a high-quality, consistent candidate experience across all touchpoints
  • Maintain high standards of data integrity within the ATS, ensuring all candidate activity is accurately documented
  • Manage interview logistics, feedback collection, and hiring documentation with precision and timeliness
  • Maintain interview trackers and provide clear, consistent communication updates to stakeholders
  • Ensure all recruiting processes are executed consistently and in alignment with internal standards
