Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience (healthcare preferred)
  • Ability to influence and partner with leaders across the business
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience with ATS/HRIS systems (ADP preferred)
  • High level of professionalism and discretion with confidential information

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand workforce needs and long-term talent strategies
  • Provide insights on labor trends, candidate availability, and competitive compensation
  • Build proactive talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles
  • Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Develop interview strategies and evaluate candidates for both skills and cultural fit
  • Deliver a seamless, high-touch candidate experience
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication throughout the process
  • Maintain accurate data within ATS systems (ADP/Indeed)
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies
  • Support reporting on hiring metrics and workforce analytics
  • Support onboarding programs and new hire orientation
  • Coordinate training materials and schedules
  • Assist with tracking certifications and compliance training
  • Promote a strong employer brand through communication and engagement
  • Support onboarding initiatives that drive retention and employee experience
