About The Position

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in construction, trades, or a fast-paced operational environment
  • A track record of advising — not just executing — on hiring decisions
  • Strong instincts for sourcing hard-to-find talent and keeping candidates engaged
  • Comfort managing multiple requisitions simultaneously without dropping the ball
  • A collaborative approach to working with leaders at every level

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across a variety of roles — from field positions to home office leadership
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to sharpen job requirements, sourcing strategy, and offer decisions
  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines so we’re never starting from scratch
  • Deliver a candidate experience that reflects who we are: responsive, respectful, and real
  • Keep our ATS accurate and our recruiting data meaningful
