Requirements

  • Full‑cycle recruiting for exempt and non‑exempt positions
  • Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
  • Developing and executing effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on talent market trends, candidate availability, and hiring best practices
  • Ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) recruiting initiatives and inclusive hiring practices
  • Ensuring compliance with employment laws, company policies, and internal controls
  • Tracking and reporting recruiting metrics (time to fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness)
  • Participating in continuous improvement of recruiting processes, tools, and employer branding efforts

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities
