About The Position

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. This position requires expertise in recruitment best practices within a fast-paced, high-volume environment, including conducting numerous candidate screenings and behavioral-based interviews. You will leverage technology to efficiently manage the recruitment process while collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and deliver a seamless recruitment experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in Business or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years of recruitment experience in a high-volume setting.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter required.
  • Strong understanding of behavioral-based interviewing techniques.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Paycom or other ATS/HRIS systems is strongly preferred.
  • Human Resources Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is preferred.
  • Knowledge of current employment laws and practices is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Thrive in a high-speed, high-volume recruiting environment, efficiently managing multiple candidate pipelines and adjusting strategies to meet urgent hiring needs.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for a variety of roles across the organization.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to proactively identify and engage with potential candidates.
  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract a diverse talent pool.
  • Conduct behavioral-based interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on interviewing best practices and candidate selection.
  • Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
  • Act as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience.
  • Utilize Paycom or other ATS/HRIS systems to manage the recruitment process, track candidate progress, and maintain accurate records.
  • Generate and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions.
  • Stay current with employment laws and recruitment best practices to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the recruitment process and candidate experience.
