About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for full life cycle recruiting for our Solution Delivery function and other functions as required. To be successful in the role, you will have an extensive technical background gained in an SAP or similar environment and have a proven track record in sourcing the best talent for a variety of technical positions. You will be considered an expert at interviewing using a range of techniques to understand candidates’ motivations and aspirations as well as their career history which you can match with an in-depth understanding of technical and specialized functions in the organization. Supporting a global business, you will also be recruiting non-technical (corporate) roles as well. To be a great TA Partner at Vistex, you can’t just post and pray – we want Hunters! Requirements

  • Extensive technical background gained in an SAP or similar environment.
  • Proven track record in sourcing the best talent for a variety of technical positions.
  • Expert at interviewing using a range of techniques to understand candidates’ motivations and aspirations as well as their career history.
  • In-depth understanding of technical and specialized functions in the organization.
  • Ability to recruit non-technical (corporate) roles.
  • Ability to bring new ideas and ways of working to support talent acquisition initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Work with hiring managers across the globe to clarify and understand requirements.
  • Source candidates using a variety of head-hunting methods including search engines and social media.
  • Coordinate and conduct phone interviews and organize in-person interviews with hiring managers.
  • Coach hiring managers on interview techniques and best practice ensuring they are all confident in interviewing and the legal framework surrounding interviewing.
  • Use the UltiPro Recruiting platform for record keeping on candidates and in line with the local and GDPR policies.
  • Initiate candidate drug screens, background, reference and related checks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
