The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for delivering all facets of the recruiting process at Watts Water. The TA Partner will lead the development of local recruiting plans, employ traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best talent for Watts. This position reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager. This role is hybrid and is based in N. Andover, MA.
