As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Protech, you’ll play a key role in shaping our teams by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across multiple markets and business lines. You’ll serve as a strategic recruiting partner, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience while supporting Protech’s mission, values, and growth objectives. Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager to align recruiting strategies with business goals, KPIs, and internal customer needs. Collaborate with operational leaders to assess staffing strategies, forecast hiring needs, and provide data-driven recommendations. Source, engage, and interview candidates for a wide range of individual contributor roles across various markets and centers. Utilize both established and innovative sourcing channels to attract active and passive talent. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from job posting and candidate screening to offer negotiation and acceptance. Ensure all offers comply with Protech’s policies and maintain consistency across markets. Provide a smooth transition to the HR Administrative Team for onboarding and orientation. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), track metrics, and prepare recruitment reports. Stay informed about industry best practices and evolving recruiting trends to continuously enhance Protech’s talent acquisition approach.
