Purpose: Supports EFCO’s people strategy by translating workforce needs into aligned talent acquisition and internal mobility plans. This role functions at the intersection of recruiting operations and strategic workforce support. A subject matter expert in talent acquisition and recruiting, responsible for developing and executing talent strategies that support EFCO’s business objectives and workforce planning. The Talent Partner collaborates across HR, with business leaders and learning functions to attract, engage, and hire top talent aligned with EFCO’s values and operational needs. Applying market insights, data analytics, and process optimization to enhance hiring effectiveness, strengthen internal pipelines, and support EFCO’s values. This position requires a forward-thinking mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and a data-informed approach to hiring.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’sdegree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required; Master’sdegree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience preferred; Proven success in recruitmentand talent strategy
  • Proficiencywith Applicant Tracking Systems(ATS), Human Resources Information Systems; Microsoft Office, and recruitment platforms
  • Must demonstrateexcellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles and meet time-sensitive hiring goals
  • Must be results-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong understanding of employment regulations and candidate evaluation techniques.
  • Occasional travel for career fairs, recruiting events, and partnership engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a consultative partner to business leaders translating workforce plans and capability needs into integrated talent strategies.
  • Conduct intake conversations, aligning job scoping, success profiles, and selection criteria to business outcomes and team needs.
  • Support job description creation, hiring guide development and toolkit adoption.
  • Monitor external labor market trends and internal workforce data to advise on talent gaps, competition, and internal movement opportunities.
  • Partner with HR and compensation teams to align talent attraction strategies with pay philosophy, role design, and internal equity.
  • Support career pathing and internal pipeline development by aligning external hiring with internal readiness.
  • Champion inclusive and equitable hiring practices across the organization.
  • Execute talent acquisition strategies to attract high-caliber candidates for critical roles, leveraging market insights, proactive sourcing, and internal development paths.
  • Build pro-active talent pipelines for future needs through networking with universities, trade schools, professional associations, and community organizations for targeted outreach and diverse talent.
  • Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing to engage potential candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to assess needs and align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
  • Promote EFCO’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP) through targeted campaigns, recruitment marketing, team member stories, and internal brand champions.
  • Partner with marketing and communications on social media, Glassdoor, and employer brand presence.
  • Manage internal and external vendor, agency, and platform partnerships to optimize outcomes.
  • Lead continuous improvement in recruitment, from pre-selection through onboarding, focusing on consistency, speed, quality of hire, and candidate engagement.
  • Create and maintain hiring guides, interview templates, evaluation tools, and onboarding resources.
  • Implement standardized feedback loops (surveys, interviews, hiring manager check-ins) to improve candidate and stakeholder experience.
  • Utilize the ATS and HRIS platforms to enhance recruitment automation, data integrity, and system functionality.
  • Provide training on structured interviewing, talent tools, and inclusive practices
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and support recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain applicant data within EFCO’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure efficient process flow and create inform decision-making, forecasting, and talent strategy.
  • Collaborate with HR and L&D on closing capability gaps and preparing the organization for future skill demands.
  • Contribute to change management initiatives related to recruiting technology rollouts, hiring manager enablement, and process transformation.
  • Additional duties may be assigned to meet organizational goals and priorities.
