As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the growth and success of our organization. This role requires a deep understanding of our company's culture, values, and business objectives to ensure that we hire individuals who not only meet the skills and experience requirements but also align with our organizational goals and values. You will collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to create effective recruitment strategies and contribute to building a talented and diverse workforce. As the Talent Acquisition Partner you will hire a variety of positions including, but not limited to, backend, mobile, QA, product and data. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Technical Partner who has a deep understanding of: Talent Sourcing and Pipeline Management Proactively source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Utilize innovative sourcing strategies to tap into passive talent markets. Candidate Screening and Evaluation Conduct initial candidate assessments, including resume reviews and phone screenings, to ensure alignment with job requirements and cultural add. Coordinate and conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and motivations. Collaborate with hiring managers to define candidate evaluation criteria and make informed hiring decisions. Talent Acquisition Strategy and Collaboration Work closely with hiring managers and HR partners to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Provide guidance on market trends, best practices, and competitive intelligence to inform hiring decisions. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process. Candidate Experience and Engagement Create a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Keep candidates informed about their status, provide feedback, and address their questions and concerns. Gather feedback from candidates to continuously improve the recruitment process. Offer and Notice Management Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to develop competitive and compelling job offers. Negotiate offer terms with candidates and facilitate the offer acceptance process. Assist in the smooth transition of new hires into the organization through effective onboarding. Data Analysis and Reporting Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities using our applicant tracking system (ATS). Generate and analyse recruitment data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.
