About The Position

BCA Research is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their People and Culture team. This role will manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned business lines, collaborating with HRBPs and the Chief People Officer to attract talent across BCA's global operations. The position is a 12-month contract, working 4 days per week, based in the Montreal office with a hybrid schedule requiring 1-2 days on-site per week.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required or relevant certifications preferred.
5–7 years of progressive full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally with exposure to global or multi-jurisdiction hiring.
Demonstrated skill in behavioral/structured interviewing techniques.
Strong sense of urgency, work organization and client responsiveness.
Comfortable operating in a corporate environment with multiple concurrent stakeholders and competing priorities.
Excellent communication skills in French and English (English required given interactions with Ontario, US, and European stakeholders).

Nice To Haves

Experience in investment management, financial services, research, or professional services organizations is an asset.

Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: intake with hiring managers, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer support, and preboarding.
Source candidates through a mix of channels — proactive outreach, referrals, internal and external networks, social media, and targeted university or technical communities.
Build and maintain a warm pipeline of candidates for recurring or hard-to-fill roles.
Conduct structured behavioral interviews and give hiring managers clear, evidence-based recommendations.
Coach hiring managers on interview best practices and help refine interview guides and job descriptions.
Deliver a consistent, positive candidate experience as a brand ambassador for BCA.
Partner with HRBPs on jurisdiction-specific requirements (labor law, immigration, remote-hire considerations).
