About The Position

We’re looking for a high-impact Talent Acquisition Partner to help scale Cynet’s organization across the US. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is driven by ownership, speed, and excellence. At Cynet, we operate as One Team, move with velocity, and hold a high bar for quality and impact. In this role, you will own end-to-end hiring and play a critical part in shaping how we attract, engage, and hire top talent.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Proven success in sourcing, engaging, and closing candidates for diverse roles.
  • Strong ability to build pipelines independently using advanced sourcing techniques.
  • Ownership mindset - takes initiative, drives processes end-to-end, and delivers results.
  • Ability to operate with velocity - prioritize effectively and move fast without compromising quality.
  • High standards of excellence - attention to detail, structured thinking, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience using ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruiting analytics.
  • Solid understanding of US employment practices and hiring regulations.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in technical sourcing/recruiting (advantage).
  • Experience in employer branding, talent marketing, or campaign-based sourcing.
  • Familiarity with DEI best practices and inclusive sourcing strategies

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruitment across a variety of roles (GTM, Tech & Product), with full accountability for outcomes, quality, and candidate experience.
  • Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers - defining role profiles, challenging assumptions, and driving high-quality hiring decisions.
  • Build and manage strong talent pipelines from scratch using creative sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, Boolean, AI tools, outbound campaigns).
  • Drive data-informed hiring by tracking funnel performance, identifying gaps, and continuously improving processes.
  • Operate with speed and focus, balancing urgency with thoughtful and high-quality decision-making.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with People and business leaders globally, contributing to a strong One Team culture.
  • Continuously optimize recruiting workflows, tools, and sourcing strategies to raise the bar on efficiency and impact.
  • Stay close to the market - proactively adjusting hiring strategies based on trends and insights
