This role is for a high-energy, strategic recruiter to join the Field Sales Recruiting Team and help scale the sales organization across multiple markets. This role goes beyond traditional recruiting. As a Field Sales TA Partner, you will work closely with sales leadership, spend time in the field, and develop proactive sourcing strategies to attract top-performing sales professionals. You will play a key role in building sustainable talent pipelines, improving hiring outcomes, and supporting significant growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, engaging passive talent, and using data to drive recruiting strategy.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally supporting sales or high-volume hiring
  • Experience sourcing passive candidates through outreach, networking, and social recruiting
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to analyze recruiting data and translate insights into action
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territories (~20% travel)

Responsibilities

  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies to engage passive sales talent
  • Build and maintain continuous pipelines of qualified candidates
  • Manage high-volume hiring needs supporting 100–150 Field Sales hires annually
  • Leverage recruiting technology (Greenhouse ATS, etc.), AI tools, and automation to improve efficiency and candidate engagement
  • Spend time in the market (up to 20% travel) to better understand sales roles and local market dynamics
  • Attend sales meetings and participate in ride-alongs with top-performing sales representatives
  • Partner with sales leadership to align recruiting strategy with business growth
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on talent market trends
  • Partner with Marketing team or outside agencies to execute employer branding initiatives
  • Plan and host local hiring events and networking opportunities
  • Monitor competitor hiring practices, compensation, and benefits
  • Provide recommendations to leadership to ensure competitive positioning
  • Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, conversion rates, and source of hire
  • Analyze recruiting funnel data to identify improvement opportunities
  • Collect candidate and hiring manager feedback to refine hiring strategies
  • Present insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders
