About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Partner owns full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles and regions across multiple states, from building the hiring strategy through offer. You'll work directly with hiring managers as a trusted advisor, not just an order taker, shaping how each role gets filled and using our core values as the lens for every hire you make.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • 2-4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a high volume or multi-site environment
  • Experience with an ATS required (we use Paylocity), plus familiarity with job boards and sourcing tools
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open roles across different states at once
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Upon offer with Plunkett's, you will undergo a pre-employment background check and Motor Vehicle Record check upon receiving an employment offer.

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience building interview guides and sourcing strategies across multiple roles or departments

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles and regions, from requisition through offer
  • Partner directly with hiring managers to build hiring strategies tailored to each role
  • Advise hiring managers on timelines, market conditions, and candidate availability
  • Proactively source and build candidate pipelines through job boards, networking, and outreach
  • Write and post job ads optimized for job boards
  • Screen and interview candidates, evaluating fit against both role requirements and core values
  • Build and maintain interview guides tailored to each role
  • Extend and negotiate offers in partnership with hiring managers and HR
  • Track recruiting metrics like time to fill, source of hire, and quality of hire, and use them to sharpen sourcing strategy
  • Partner with a Talent Acquisition Coordinator on scheduling and candidate communication to keep things moving
