This role involves partnering directly with leaders to influence hiring decisions, build global talent pipelines, and attract exceptional talent in a competitive market. The position is described as strategic rather than transactional, focusing on sourcing top talent, building relationships, and converting connections into hires in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

5+ years of proven success sourcing and hiring in competitive markets.
Strong network and professional presence on LinkedIn and other platforms.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills with an engaging people-first approach.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities and deadlines.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Strong writing skills—you can craft compelling and creative job ads, posts, and communications.

Nice To Haves

Experience hiring a global team in the field of technology & professional services or another related industry is considered an asset.
Canva experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

Partner with Vision33 leaders to drive hiring strategy and talent decisions.
Source and headhunt talent globally - Canada, US, UK, and beyond.
Build and nurture proactive pipelines for hard-to-fill and high-impact roles.
Deliver ‘Best-in-Class’ candidate and manager experience.
Create compelling job ads, outreach campaigns, and employer branding content.
Manage multiple active searches in a fast-moving environment.
Bring a creative flair to the table with new ideas, market insights, and a competitive drive.
