About The Position

This role involves partnering directly with leaders to influence hiring decisions, build global talent pipelines, and attract exceptional talent in a competitive market. The position is described as strategic rather than transactional, focusing on sourcing top talent, building relationships, and converting connections into hires in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven success sourcing and hiring in competitive markets.
  • Strong network and professional presence on LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills with an engaging people-first approach.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong writing skills—you can craft compelling and creative job ads, posts, and communications.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience hiring a global team in the field of technology & professional services or another related industry is considered an asset.
  • Canva experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Vision33 leaders to drive hiring strategy and talent decisions.
  • Source and headhunt talent globally - Canada, US, UK, and beyond.
  • Build and nurture proactive pipelines for hard-to-fill and high-impact roles.
  • Deliver ‘Best-in-Class’ candidate and manager experience.
  • Create compelling job ads, outreach campaigns, and employer branding content.
  • Manage multiple active searches in a fast-moving environment.
  • Bring a creative flair to the table with new ideas, market insights, and a competitive drive.
