Position Summary The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment efforts to attract, assess, and secure high-impact talent in support of the company’s scientific, clinical, technical, and corporate objectives. As a key member of the HR Operations team within a fast-paced biotech environment, this role develops and executes proactive recruiting strategies to build strong pipelines of scientific and specialized talent critical to advancing research, development, and commercialization goals. This position partners closely with HR Business Partners, and functional leaders across Testing, CDMO, Quality, and corporate functions to understand evolving workforce needs and deliver timely, high-quality hires. The Talent Acquisition Partner ensures a consistent, compliant, and data-driven recruiting process while enhancing employer brand presence within competitive biotech talent markets.
