About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Partner position helps find top-tier talent by building world-class teams at our Restaurant Support Center (RSC). In this role, you’ll work across departments and international markets, sourcing for roles from Intern to Manager level, partnering with hiring managers, and creating innovative recruitment strategies that deliver results.

Requirements

3+ years of corporate recruiting experience.
Proven track record in stakeholder management and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Utilization of a variety of sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, cold-calling, and creative networking strategies.
Experience in meeting diversity and inclusion recruitment strategies.
Excellent communication, organizational, and influencing skills.
Experience with ATS (Oracle Recruit preferred) and an understanding of recruitment metrics and KPIs.
Ability to juggle multiple roles, consistently delivering against tight deadlines.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field

Responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, build strategic hiring plans, and provide regular recruitment updates and metrics.
Build trust and credibility with every interaction.
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring an amazing candidate experience and meeting time-to-hire goals.
Use data-driven insights from our applicant tracking system to optimize recruitment strategies and drive continuous improvement.
Track key metrics like time-to-fill and offer acceptance rates and use them to raise the bar on performance.
Support efforts to make the hiring process more efficient by identifying and addressing bottlenecks, providing creative solutions where possible.
Help build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for key roles using sourcing techniques like LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
