Talent Acquisition Partner - Fixed Term Contract
About The Position
The Global Talent Acquisition Team is seeking a high performing Talent Acquisition Partner to join them on a 6-month assignment. This is a full-time role and will be based onsite at our Chatsworth (CA) facility. There is a possibility of conversion to permanent for the right candidate. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, builds strong relationships, and drives recruitment outcomes with purpose and precision. The ideal candidate will roll up their sleeves, build trust with hiring managers, and deliver outstanding candidate experiences.
Requirements
- Proven full-lifecycle recruiter (in-house preferred).
- Sharp communicator with a “get-it-done” mindset.
- Experience working in dynamic, high-growth environments.
- Confident, agile, and trusted by stakeholders at all levels.
- Must meet export control compliance requirements, requiring a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22. C.F.R. §120.15 (U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, asylee, or refugee).
Nice To Haves
- Ideally with Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter experience.
- Someone who isn’t cycling through contracts.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process — from briefing to offer.
- Be a strategic partner to hiring managers, helping shape job profiles and interview plans.
- Craft compelling job ads that reflect our brand and attract top talent.
- Source proactively using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools — no waiting for applicants.
- Keep hiring on track with clear updates, data-driven insights, and smart process management.
- Represent our values through every candidate interaction.
