About The Position

This role sources high-quality technical, professional, and management talent to meet current and future resourcing needs. The role also assesses candidate capabilities, potential, and fit, while acting as a talent advisor. This role sources top-quality talent by employing innovative research techniques, including internet search engines, Boolean searches, database searches, social media, referral networks, and third-party agencies. A strategic and targeted sourcing plan may be built for each job requisition based on research results. The role critically and accurately assesses candidate capabilities using best practices in interviewing to identify the highest quality candidates. The role may also persuasively communicate the employment value proposition to candidates, creating a positive experience for each candidate contacted. Identify requirements, target budget, and service timelines. Acting as a talent advisor, the role assesses talent according to business needs, recommending a shortlist of potential candidates and influencing business leaders on the best fit. The role may also collaborate with business leaders to address market conditions, challenges with role requirements, or skill-to-budget constraints, recommending alternative solutions. Creating a positive experience for each business leader builds credibility for the department and function.
