The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for recruiting management and leadership talent for the Collegiate Hospitality line of business supporting the Mid-Atlantic region. The Mid-Atlantic region covers Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, and West Virginia. The ideal candidate for this role will possess a high attention to detail, thoughtful and impactful communication skills to drive action in the hiring process, and serve as subject matter expert for recruiting management and leadership talent within the Mid-Atlantic region. This role will require 25-40% travel within the region to build and foster effective business relationships with our opertional partners.
