We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent Acquisition & Development team. Working closely with leaders across the business, we attract, move, and develop top talent. This role is responsible for full‑cycle recruiting across the employee lifecycle supporting Volvo’s needs today and tomorrow’s ambitions. This role combines hands‑on recruiting execution with strategic partnership experience. The ideal candidate brings deep experience recruiting from hourly to executive roles, executing successful recruiting strategies, and collaborating across teams, functions, and geographies.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience across multiple job types and levels, including high‑volume hiring.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong sourcing capabilities using ATS (applicant tracking system) platforms, LinkedIn, job boards, and direct outreach.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, start‑up, or high‑growth environments.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder partnership skills.
  • Experience managing internship, early‑career, or university recruiting programs.
  • Experience owning or optimizing ATS platforms; SuccessFactors experience preferred.
  • Background mentoring recruiters or training hiring managers on recruiting best practices.
  • Passion for employer branding, candidate experience, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver full‑cycle recruiting solutions aligned to business strategy.
  • Own end‑to‑end recruiting for hourly, professional, and leadership roles, from sourcing through offer and close.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through sourcing, partnerships, and external recruiting events.
  • Deliver a high‑quality candidate experience and coach hiring managers on effective interviewing and selection.
  • Act as owner of recruiting systems and processes, including ATS optimization, reporting, and compliance.
  • Use recruiting and market data to inform decisions and continuously improve hiring outcomes.
