Requirements

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience recruiting across multiple functional and national areas
  • Strong partnership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
  • A proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Passion for delivering a high-touch candidate experience
  • Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and urgency

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working within Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms is strongly preferred
  • Experience supporting growth-stage or rapidly evolving organizations is highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for candidates and serve as a brand ambassador who champions the Iterative Health mission, culture, and employer brand throughout the hiring journey.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment across a variety of roles including corporate, operational, and clinical research positions.
  • Partner closely with hiring leaders to understand business needs, workforce planning priorities, and evolving talent strategies.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing market insights, talent intelligence, and consultative recruiting guidance.
  • Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-quality talent in competitive markets.
  • Champion an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance.
  • Proactively source, engage, and build strong talent pipelines to support both immediate hiring needs and long-term organizational growth.
  • Drive alignment and consistency across hiring processes, interview practices, and candidate evaluation approaches.
  • Develop creative, scalable recruiting strategies and approaches that support organizational growth and operational excellence.
  • Leverage recruiting data, metrics, and market trends to drive continuous improvement and informed hiring decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance recruiting systems, processes, and operational efficiencies as the organization grows.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with People Operations, HRBPs, hiring managers, and leadership to optimize recruiting processes and workflows.
  • Support initiatives related to employer branding, talent engagement, process improvement, and recruiting operations.
  • Support additional projects and responsibilities as business needs evolve.
