This role operates as a strategic partner to executive leadership, replacing external search firms by delivering superior results measured by cost efficiency, quality of hire (retention and performance), and speed to fill. You'll provide consultative guidance on complex searches while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
