Our Talent Acquisition team operates as a strategic function embedded in the business—bringing deep recruiting expertise, sharp market judgment, and a consultative approach that influences how the organization grows. In this role, you will partner closely with senior leaders across Metrea’s global Support Groups (i.e. People, Finance, Legal, Operations, Engagement, etc.) to deliver high-quality hiring at pace and at bar. You’ll own a broad portfolio of searches ranging from senior, high-touch executive searches to specialist and operational hiring, while building genuine organizational knowledge and credibility.
