We’re hiring a Technical Talent Partner to own hiring for customer-facing technical roles — people who sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and customers. The access management category is being rewritten in real time, and Oasis is leading it. The problems are genuinely hard, the company is growing fast, and you're early enough to shape both the product and the team.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including technical roles
  • Strong experience hiring customer-facing technical roles (TAM / SE / SA)
  • Ability to assess technical fundamentals (architecture, APIs, integrations) at a practical level
  • Strong understanding of customer-facing dynamics (communication, ownership, problem-solving)
  • Strong sourcing and outbound recruiting capabilities
  • Ability to work in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in SaaS / cybersecurity / cloud environments - strong advantage

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruiting for technical GTM roles (TAM, Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, Customer Success Engineering)
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product leaders on hiring strategy and planning
  • Define and calibrate hiring criteria and interview processes
  • Build targeted pipelines from SaaS, cybersecurity, and cloud companies
  • Conduct high-signal screening, assessing both technical depth and customer-facing ability
  • Drive closing and candidate experience in competitive markets
  • Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers and leadership
