What you’ll do We're looking for a full-cycle Recruiter to own hiring across our commercial and GTM functions in the Americas — with a heavy focus on Sales. You'll partner directly with Sales leadership and hiring managers to build out our revenue-generating teams at every level, from SDRs and AEs to Sales Managers and Directors. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who knows how to find and close great sales talent, moves with urgency, and uses data to make sharp decisions. You'll be a trusted advisor to senior leaders — pushing back when the situation calls for it and building sourcing strategies that consistently deliver high-caliber commercial talent in competitive markets. This remote role is based in the United States.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a meaningful focus on Sales or GTM hiring in a tech or fintech environment
  • Deep understanding of what makes a strong commercial hire and how to assess for it
  • Proven ability to build sourcing pipelines for quota-carrying roles — AEs, SDRs, Account Managers, and Sales leadership
  • Strong command of recruiting data and analytics to guide decisions and optimize processes
  • High sense of urgency with a consistent record of delivering in fast-moving, high-growth environments
  • Confident communicator who can hold their own with Sales leaders and push back when needed
  • Skilled at navigating competitive offer situations and closing candidates who have options

  • Experience hiring for fintech, payments, or B2B SaaS sales roles

Responsibilities

  • Own the full recruiting cycle for Sales and GTM roles — from intake and sourcing through offer and close
  • Partner with Sales leadership to deeply understand the commercial business, ideal candidate profiles, and what separates good from great in each role
  • Build and execute targeted, multi-channel sourcing strategies to identify and engage top sales talent, including passive candidates
  • Develop strong pipelines in key commercial talent markets, with a working knowledge of the fintech and payments competitive landscape
  • Lead structured candidate assessments and coach hiring managers through consistent, high-quality selection processes
  • Own the offer process end-to-end, including compensation negotiation and closing, while delivering an exceptional candidate experience
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics to optimize pipeline health, surface trends, and keep stakeholders honest on funnel performance
  • Challenge assumptions with confidence, using market data and compensation benchmarking to drive better hiring outcomes
  • Champion Airwallex's employer brand in competitive commercial talent markets
