This is a full-cycle recruiting leader and strategic advisor responsible for identifying, attracting, assessing, and closing top talent across the enterprise. You will partner directly with technology leaders to shape hiring strategies, challenge assumptions, and drive decision velocity. From intake through offer, you will own the process and outcomes ensuring we bring in high-caliber talent that accelerates our digital and business priorities. This role requires deep expertise in IT & Digital recruiting, strong business acumen, and the ability to operate with urgency, precision, and influence. This role directly impacts Signet’s ability to build and scale world-class technology, engineering & IT teams teams.
