The Talent Acquisition Partner III will support Corvant's Mission Critical division with a primary focus on recruiting field and operations talent supporting data center and mission critical construction projects across Georgia and surrounding markets. This role serves as a strategic recruiting partner to operations leadership while owning the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume and hard-to-fill field positions. Beyond requisition management, this individual will be responsible for building and maintaining a sustainable local talent pipeline through workforce development initiatives, community engagement, and partnerships with high schools, trade schools, technical colleges, and industry organizations. The ideal candidate brings strong field recruiting experience, urgency, relationship-building skills, and a passion for workforce development.
