About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Partner III is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring. This role involves working closely with business leaders to understand their staffing needs and developing strategic recruitment plans to meet those needs. The Talent Acquisition Partner III will leverage various recruitment tools and techniques, including social media, to build a strong talent pipeline and ensure a seamless candidate experience. This role involves developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent while sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. It requires conducting thorough screenings and assessments of candidates to evaluate their fit for open positions, as well as coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) is essential, along with providing regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines. The role also includes preparing job descriptions and postings in collaboration with hiring managers and participating in career fairs and other recruitment events to promote the company and attract potential candidates. Ensuring a positive candidate experience through timely and professional communication throughout the recruitment process is a key responsibility. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with business leaders to understand their staffing needs and develop strategic recruitment plans, promoting strategic ideas to impact talent strategies and recruitment processes based on business demand, and leveraging social media networks to connect with potential candidates. Supporting other HR-related tasks and projects as needed is also part of this dynamic and multifaceted position.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree).
  • Typically 2+ years of related experience.
  • Recruiting knowledge and basic understanding of business groups operations.
  • Basic knowledge of overall recruiting strategies.
  • Able to correlate manager recruiting needs into sourcing an effective talent pipeline.
  • Ability to promote strategic ideas.
  • Works closely with business leadership to impact talent strategies and recruiting processes based on business demand.
  • Experience using social media networks to look for and connect with potential candidates.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • 1+ yrs experience with Workday recruiting software
  • Space and Defense industry experience
  • Familiarity with social media recruiting and employer branding.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
