In this role, you will support hiring efforts for assigned locations with a strong focus on direct sourcing, pipeline building, and delivering results quickly. Requirements

2+ years of recruiting experience (high-volume preferred)
2+ years of sourcing experience with proven results
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
High School Diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

Manage high-volume recruiting with a strong focus on engagement and retention
Partner with hiring managers to assess needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
Source, screen, and interview candidates across multiple channels
Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines
Deliver a positive, professional candidate experience
Fill open roles efficiently while meeting recruiting metrics and SLAs
Promote opportunities through job fairs, outreach, and community partnerships
Stay ahead of industry trends and implement innovative sourcing strategies
Provide guidance to hiring managers on recruiting best practices
Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with candidates and stakeholders
