The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for delivering full cycle recruiting support across the organization by building strong relationships with hiring managers, sourcing high quality candidates, and ensuring a positive and inclusive candidate experience. This role partners closely with HR and business leaders to understand workforce needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, and help attract and retain top talent. Plays a key role in promoting Hillman’s employer brand and maintaining compliance throughout the hiring process.
