Position Summary At Metrea, we seek out the most complex national security challenges and proactively develop elegant solutions - those solutions start with our people and their ability to deliver mission-critical effects around the world. Our Talent Acquisition team is focused on delivering equally compelling and strategic hiring solutions through deep recruiting expertise, consultative partnership, and analytical rigor. In this role, you will be a strategy and execution partner within Metrea’s Aerospace Engineering Group (AERO) – one of the fastest growing areas of the enterprise – helping to shape and drive the talent engine behind rapid aircraft modification and mission delivery. Embedded within a uniquely integrated ecosystem – spanning the Airborne Asset Adaptation (A3) Cell, Aircraft Integration Center (AIC), and Aerospace Design (ASD) – this role serves as the connective tissue between vision and capability. This role is well suited to a recruiter with a strong market intelligence mindset - someone who can lead complex searches across specialist talent markets while bringing insight and clarity to hiring leaders and the broader People team. Beyond delivery, you will help elevate Metrea’s capability in talent markets where we are still building depth, using market mapping, external insight, and repeatable hiring approaches to improve how we hire over time. Success in this role requires someone who thrives in process creation, exercises strong judgment, and has a track record of delivering complex searches in high-expectation, highly specialized stakeholder environments.
