About The Position

Telligen is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist to support a significant period of organizational growth. This temporary position plays a critical role in helping Telligen attract, hire, and onboard exceptional talent across multiple business areas and projects. This position is expected to last approximately six months and may be extended based on business needs.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field and/or equivalent skills or experience
0-3 years of experience in full-life cycle recruiting, preferably in the information technology or health care industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Knowledge of federal, state and local laws regarding employment and staffing practices
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

Nice To Haves

Recruiting experience in an IT and/or health care environment strongly preferred
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) strongly preferred
Experience with high-volume recruiting preferred

Responsibilities

Supports full-cycle recruiting activities by posting jobs, reviewing candidate applications, coordinating candidate communications, scheduling interviews, and maintaining applicant tracking system records.
Delivers high-quality service to hiring managers and candidates while ensuring an exceptional hiring experience.
Partners with Human Resources and hiring managers to facilitate the hiring process, including candidate screening, interview coordination, offer preparation, offer communications, and onboarding logistics.
Ensures timely movement of candidates through the recruiting lifecycle.
Coordinates onboarding and compliance activities including background checks, employment verifications, required pre-employment screenings, onboarding documentation, and tracking completion of new hire requirements.
Provides new employees with a positive introduction to Telligen's culture, benefits, and employee ownership philosophy.
Establishes and maintains a positive image of Telligen with candidates and the community.
Supports organizational mission, company culture, and growth initiatives while serving as an ambassador for the Telligen employment brand.
Assists with large-scale hiring initiatives, workforce expansion projects, recruiting events, and special Human Resources projects while staying current on recruiting, onboarding, and employment trends.
