We’re looking for a detail-oriented and people-focused Onboarding Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition (TA) team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in creating a smooth, compliant, and welcoming onboarding experience for new hires and internal transfers. You’ll coordinate and track all pre-employment requirements — from background checks and I-9 verification to professional license validation and occupational health clearance — ensuring everything is complete before a team member’s first day. Working closely with Human Resources (HR), TA, Employee Health, and department leaders, you’ll help maintain compliance, accuracy, and a positive candidate experience every step of the way. This role is remote but requires weekly on-site presence at The Toledo Hospital. Candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the hospital.
