About The Position

Care Advantage, Inc. is hiring a remote Talent Acquisition Onboarding and Compliance Specialist to serve as the connective tissue between our Recruiting, HR, Operations, and Compliance teams - ensuring every new hire is onboarded accurately, on time, and in full compliance across every region we serve. This role reports to the Sr. Corporate Recruiting Manager. Care Advantage is a home care company that specializes in one-on-one quality personal care and companionship in the home, hospital, nursing home or rehabilitation center. We tailor make care plans that work for our clients, whether transitioning from the hospital to home or companionship for a few hours a day. Requirements

• Prior experience in HR, talent acquisition, onboarding, or compliance, ideally in a multi-region or multi-site organization.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS/onboarding platforms (iSolved and/or HireForms experience a plus).
• Strong understanding of employment compliance and new-hire documentation requirements.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with HR, Operations, and field leadership.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage recurring weekly deadlines across multiple regions.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while staying closely connected to a distributed team.

Nice To Haves

• iSolved and/or HireForms experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central point of contact for Recruiter and Caregiver (CG) Manager communications.
• Act as the liaison between HR, Operations, and Compliance.
• Own platform administration and training for iSolved and HireForms.
• Complete new-hire compliance reviews weekly, by region.
• Track ongoing document completion and compliance status across all regions.
• Partner directly with Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs) on hiring and compliance needs.
• Provide HR oversight across the handoff from Recruiter sourcing to CG Manager.
• Serve as the lead point of contact for HR-related incidents and compliance gaps.
