About The Position

We’re seeking a Temporary Talent Acquisition Manager to drive hiring results and deliver an exceptional candidate experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role will support primarily our Midwest and East Coast operations and therefore requires candidates to be located in the Central or Eastern time zones. This is a temporary opportunity providing coverage during a team member’s maternity leave, expected to run from August 2026 through January 2027.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
  • Experience supporting multi-site or property management hiring strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume recruiting in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions
  • Solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Ability to operate independently while collaborating across teams
  • Strong communication skills and a polished, professional presence

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruiting across a high-volume, multi-site environment, supporting talent needs for onsite property management operations and corporate functions.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer process.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define roles, timelines, and hiring strategies.
  • Present qualified candidates and guide hiring teams through decision-making.
  • Ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience from application through onboarding.
  • Act as a coach and advisor to hiring leaders across the organization.
  • Train hiring managers on interviewing best practices, candidate evaluation, and hiring processes.
  • Provide guidance on market conditions, candidate expectations, and competitive positioning.
  • Support interviewer training and consistency across teams.
  • Assist with early career programs, including internships and leadership development initiatives.
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, conversion rates).
  • Support diversity recruiting strategies and pipeline development.
  • Contribute to recruiting-related projects and cross-functional initiatives.
