About The Position

We're looking for TEMPORARY help for 4 months. This role will be ON SITE. Our medical staff includes over 500 providers from Foundation Medical Partners and local practices. Foundation Medical Partners, our multi-specialty group, spans 70+ practices across southern New Hampshire and northern Massachusetts, providing coordinated, patient-centered care to thousands each year. The Talent Acquisition Partner manages full-cycle recruitment for non-physician roles within an assigned client group. This role partners closely with hiring managers to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliance with all employment practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (5+ years of recruiting experience in lieu of degree)
• At least 1 year of recruitment experience (healthcare preferred)
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Skilled in interviewing, candidate assessment, and stakeholder collaboration
• High level of professionalism with the ability to handle confidential information

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to develop job requisitions and recruitment strategies
• Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates
• Build talent pipelines using innovative sourcing techniques and networking
• Coordinate and participate in job fairs, open houses, and outreach events
• Manage candidate communications, including interview coordination and dispositioning
• Conduct reference checks and verify credentials, licenses, and background requirements
• Prepare and extend employment offers and educate candidates on compensation and benefits
• Coordinate onboarding activities, including pre-employment requirements and orientation
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and organizational policies
