Blank Street is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and innovate recruiting efforts across the US. This role requires a strategic thinker who can also execute. The Talent Acquisition Manager will own the end-to-end talent acquisition lifecycle for a growing brand, partnering with leaders to hire exceptional talent for stores and HQ. Responsibilities include driving recruiting strategy, employer branding, process improvement, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This is a fully in-person role based at the Brooklyn, NY HQ, reporting to the Senior Director of People.
