About The Position

Blank Street is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and innovate recruiting efforts across the US. This role requires a strategic thinker who can also execute. The Talent Acquisition Manager will own the end-to-end talent acquisition lifecycle for a growing brand, partnering with leaders to hire exceptional talent for stores and HQ. Responsibilities include driving recruiting strategy, employer branding, process improvement, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This is a fully in-person role based at the Brooklyn, NY HQ, reporting to the Senior Director of People.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment at a high-growth, consumer-focused brand
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and drive them to completion
  • Track record of building scalable, metrics-driven recruitment processes that incorporate continuous feedback and improvement
  • Experience with compensation benchmarking and pay band research

  • Experience managing and building a team of direct reports is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of hiring top talent at HQ
  • Partner with managers and own the job requisition process
  • Own the candidate intake, screening, and coordination process
  • Lead the execution of hiring an A+ barista and shift lead talent pool
  • Partner with managers to ensure every hire meets our bar for excellence
  • End to end ownership and coordination of store-level hiring processes from sourcing to offer
  • Deliver data driven insights to elevate hiring performance
  • Own ATS accuracy, reporting, and hiring analytics
  • Build feedback loops with Ops and People to continuously improve quality and speed
  • Innovate and evolve our recruitment strategy
  • Integrate tech and tools to make the process faster, smarter, and more scalable
  • Propose new creative ways to better identify and score candidate potential
