The Pilates Manager serves as the department’s business leader, responsible for creating and supporting team culture to drive operational excellence and deliver a superior member experience. This role is goal-oriented, results-driven, eager to interact with members, and focused on developing and managing a team of high-performing talent. The manager will also be involved in various operational, team leadership, and learning & development aspects of the Pilates department, including achieving financial goals, ensuring service quality, collaborating with other departments, managing instructor performance, and participating in hiring and training.
