As a Senior User Acquisition Manager, you will own the growth strategy and scale campaigns for apps like Duolingo, The New York Times, and MyFitnessPal, alongside other high-growth apps and digital subscription businesses across diverse markets. You'll help these companies grow by pairing data-driven strategy with creativity. You’ll explore new channels, test fresh angles, and turn insights into wins that matter. Most agencies do either brand or performance. The growth marketing role in action You’ll lead strategy, growth, and execution for our clients by: Taking full ownership of business goals and long-term roadmaps (6-12 months), proactively following up on targets and adjusting strategy to ensure we hit the numbers that actually matter to the business Setting the strategic direction across Google, Paid Social, CTV, and programmatic, while leading cross-functional teams (growth, creative and analytics) to ensure execution aligns with the client's broader business objectives Owning client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and guiding partners through complex growth, measurement, and scaling decisions Coaching junior team members to master their channels and teaming up with creatives to test bold hooks Spotting trends early and learning new tools fast to become the trusted partner clients rely on
