We are growing fast, both within our current footprint and into new markets. Behind every great event is a great team, and behind a great team is a great talent operation. We are looking for our first dedicated Talent Acquisition Manager to build that operation with us. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role reporting directly to our Director of Team Member Experience. Your primary recruiting focus will be hiring our Venue Sales Specialists, the team that books the weddings, milestones, and corporate events at the heart of our business. Beyond that, you will be a one-person talent powerhouse with the autonomy to build, the resources to win, and meaningful exposure to senior leaders during venue acquisitions and new market launches.
