As a Talent Acquisition Manager at Anvil, you will own the full-cycle recruitment function that powers our ability to build a team of remarkable individuals. Reporting to the Head of People Operations, you will lead sourcing, hiring, and candidate experience across our engineering, product, and operations teams — bringing in the talent that drives Canada's AI defence future. Alongside your recruiting mandate, you will provide critical support across HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and administrative functions, ensuring our people operations run smoothly as Anvil scales. This is a role built for someone earlier in their TA career who is ready to grow. You will work closely with and be supported by the Head of People Operations, with clear mentorship, structured guidance on new challenges, and a genuine investment in your development.
