About The Position

Korn Ferry is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to support their RPO client in Charlotte, NC. This role involves the strategic and operational management of recruitment solutions across a cluster of countries in the NAM and LatAM regions. The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead a delivery team of Sr. Recruiters, Recruiters, and Recruitment Coordinators, driving client and recruitment best practices while meeting performance and financial targets. Collaboration with specialist colleagues (D&I, Reporting, CI, etc.) is essential to execute a strategic and operational plan for recruitment delivery success and client objectives. This is a hybrid role requiring 2-3 days per week onsite at the client’s Charlotte, NC location.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of relevant leadership experience in talent acquisition
  • Proven track record of senior leadership within talent acquisition and client management within an RPO environment
  • International recruitment experience and knowledge
  • Proven success of leading teams and KPI/SLA achievement
  • Strong Stakeholder management, influencing and negotiation skills
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, teamwork and organizational skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures
  • Self-motivated along with the ability to respond quickly to client requests
  • Willingness to adapt to new processes and effectively deal with changes
  • Fluency to business proficiency level (both oral and written) in English
  • IT proficiency, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
  • High School Diploma Required

Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage RPO operations within the defined cluster, ensuring quality assurance on day-to-day recruitment activities and attainment of deliverables in line with KPIs and SLA’s
  • Provide leadership to both onsite and remote workforce across the defined cluster
  • Effectively manage stakeholders, build and maintain trust and credibility with key client and internal stakeholders, ensuring expectation setting and clear communication channels
  • Maintain awareness of creative sourcing strategies and work closely with the team to develop the best approach for the client
  • Act as the initial point of escalation for service delivery related issues in the cluster
  • Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction
  • Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement and efficiencies in solution execution and make constructive suggestions for change
  • Collaborate with specialist colleagues to ensure a clear strategic and operational plan is executed within the cluster
  • Prepare and actively participate in client reviews & performance and insights client presentations
  • Advise client on market trends, best practices and opportunities for improvement and/or corrective action
