At Steele Auto Group, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment and immigration team for an 18-month term. Requirements

5+ years of experience leading recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, or workforce planning.
A collaborative leadership style and a passion for developing people.
Strong relationship-building, communication, and coaching skills.
Experience using recruitment technology and data to drive results.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of immigration or international recruitment is an asset.

Responsibilities

Lead and continue to develop our Talent Acquisition & Immigration team.
Build recruitment strategies that support today's hiring needs and tomorrow's workforce.
Partner with leaders across the business to deliver exceptional hiring experiences.
Strengthen talent pipelines through community partnerships, schools, referrals, and skilled trades initiatives.
Support both local, international and for the right candidate US recruitment strategies.
Use data, technology, and continuous improvement to make hiring faster, smarter, and more effective, with a focus on finding the right candidate to increase company retention.
