About The Position

Agile Space Industries is seeking a remote Talent Acquisition Lead. The Talent Acquisition Lead is a senior individual contributor responsible for driving the organization’s recruiting strategy and delivering high impact hiring for Manager level and leadership roles. This role operates as a strategic partner to senior leaders, helping define hiring strategies, improve recruiting processes, and attract specialized talent. This position does not include direct supervisory responsibilities but plays a leadership role in shaping recruiting practices across the organization. This role can be onsite in Durango, CO or remote, and we are currently accepting candidates residing in Colorado, Pennsylvania, Florida, North Carolina, Washington, Utah, Texas, and Oklahoma. You must live and work from one these states to work remotely for Agile Space Industries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
  • 8+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience
  • Demonstrated success recruiting Manager level roles and above
  • Experience partnering with senior leadership on hiring strategy
  • Strong experience sourcing specialized or hard to find talent
  • Experience improving recruiting processes and candidate experience
  • Experience with ATS platforms and recruiting analytics

Responsibilities

  • Lead full lifecycle recruitment for Manager level, Director level, and other strategic leadership roles
  • Partner with executives and department leaders to develop targeted hiring strategies
  • Conduct market research and competitive intelligence to guide recruiting decisions
  • Develop creative sourcing approaches for specialized technical or leadership talent
  • Partner with executive leadership and Finance to support annual and quarterly workforce planning initiatives
  • Translate business objectives into strategic hiring plans, aligning headcount, budget, and hiring timelines
  • Provide insights on talent availability, market conditions, and hiring feasibility to inform workforce decisions
  • Proactively identify future talent needs and build pipelines aligned to organizational growth goals
  • Design scalable recruiting frameworks including intake meetings, interview structure, and candidate evaluation processes
  • Identify and implement improvements to recruiting workflows and candidate experience
  • Develop sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Support hiring managers in defining role requirements and evaluating candidates
  • Partner with Marketing and leadership to define and promote the company’s employer brand
  • Develop compelling messaging and content to attract top talent across key functions
  • Enhance candidate experience through consistent communication, storytelling, and process excellence
  • Leverage platforms such as LinkedIn and industry networks to position the organization as an employer of choice
  • Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on hiring trends, workforce planning, and talent availability
  • Partner with HR leadership on workforce planning and recruiting priorities
  • Provide guidance to hiring managers on effective interviewing and hiring practices
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics including time to fill, candidate pipeline quality, and hiring trends
  • Provide recommendations to leadership to improve recruiting efficiency and outcomes
