As our sole person in TA, you’ll have the freedom and responsibility to own the entire recruitment process from strategy to execution. Requirements

  • An experienced recruiter: You have 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a strong focus on technical roles. Experience leading an in-house function is a bonus.
  • Technically minded: You're not just filling roles; you understand them. You can grasp the nuances between different tech stacks and frameworks, recognizing that not all experiences are made equally.
  • A market investigator: You're insatiably curious, always digging into new markets, exploring talent pools, and staying on top of the latest trends.
  • A human-centred technologist: You're excited to leverage AI and modern tools to automate repetitive tasks, freeing you up to focus on what matters most: creating an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring teams.
  • Adaptable: You can seamlessly transition between recruiting for a Staff Engineer to building a recruitment dashboard.
  • Process-Oriented: You're excited by the opportunity to build and optimize our recruiting processes.

Responsibilities

  • Be a strategic thought partner: Work directly with the VP of People & Culture and hiring managers to develop and refine our hiring strategy.
  • Own the recruiting lifecycle: You'll manage the full-cycle recruiting process for both technical and non-technical roles.
  • Build the foundation: You'll lead the strategy to optimize our ATS (Workable), creating and implementing interview guides, and developing training for hiring managers.
  • Source top talent: Proactively find and engage exceptional candidates for high-impact roles.
  • Champion the candidate experience: Design a delightful candidate experience to ensure every person has a positive, supportive, and transparent experience, regardless of the outcome.
  • Experiment with AI & technology: You'll explore and experiment with modern recruiting tools, including AI, to automate repetitive tasks and optimize workflows—all while maintaining the personal, human touch that sets our candidate experience apart.
  • Leverage Data: You'll own the recruiting dashboard, turning data and metrics into actionable insights that tell a clear story about our pipeline health and hiring efforts.
