About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Leader is a dynamic, relationship-driven position leading full-cycle recruitment activities for a wide range of positions including U.S.-based and global engineering roles as well as internal non-technical and operational support positions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, collaborative, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This individual will serve as a key partner to hiring managers and leadership teams by identifying talent, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and helping drive a positive candidate experience from initial outreach through final interview stages before transitioning to Human Resources for offer management and onboarding. This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys building relationships, improving recruiting processes, and helping scale a high-performing global organization.

Requirements

  • Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or related Human Resources functions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Experience screening resumes and conducting candidate interviews
  • Professional and confident interaction with candidates and leadership teams
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments
  • Successful background check, including pre-employment drug screening
  • US citizens, permanent residents or any candidate with eligibility to work in the US

Nice To Haves

  • Experience recruiting for engineering, technical, construction, commissioning, or other high-paced environments
  • Experience supporting international recruiting efforts
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, recruiting and/or HRIS platforms
  • Experience recruiting both technical and corporate/shared services positions
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment activities across technical and non-technical positions
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and leadership teams
  • Support interview panel preparation and candidate evaluation processes
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Partner with Human Resources to ensure smooth handoff for offer creation and onboarding activities
  • Support hiring efforts across multiple regions including the United States, Canada, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC
  • Assist with sourcing strategies for engineering and commissioning-related talent markets
  • Maintain awareness of regional hiring considerations, cultural differences, and recruiting practices
  • Help build talent pipelines for current and future domestic and international staffing needs
  • Collaborate closely with department leaders to understand hiring priorities and business needs
  • Provide insight regarding candidate qualifications, market trends, and recruitment challenges
  • Help drive timely hiring decisions and maintain recruiting momentum
  • Ensure alignment between position requirements and candidate capabilities
  • Maintain accurate candidate tracking and recruiting documentation
  • Support recruitment reporting and hiring metrics as needed
  • Assist in developing standardized interview and screening practices
  • Contribute ideas to improve recruiting workflows, candidate experience, and employer branding
  • Help promote a professional, inclusive, and engaging hiring process
  • Represent the company at in-person recruiting events including career fairs, industry networking events, university recruiting activities, and hiring expos
  • Build relationships with prospective candidates and promote the organization’s culture, opportunities, and career growth potential
  • Support recruitment marketing initiatives and help strengthen the company’s employer brand within targeted talent markets
