About The Position

DreamWorks Animation is seeking a positive, hard-working, and self-motivated Talent Acquisition Intern who is eager to learn about recruitment in a fast-paced animation studio. This internship offers an engaging and exciting environment alongside creative leaders and artists, with opportunities for professional development, community outreach, and hands-on experience in TV and Feature animated productions. The program is open to students and recent graduates who are driven, curious, resourceful, and passionate about animation.

Requirements

Exceptional creative writing, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Pursuing an Associate, Bachelor, or Graduate degree at a College/University (or equivalent), or be a recent graduate (within six months of graduation date).
Occasional local travel may be required for local school outreach events and career fairs.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must be willing to work in Glendale, California.
Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

Interest in human resources and/or talent acquisition.
Demonstrated passion for supporting and developing early career talent.
Enthusiasm for creating inclusive opportunities.
Basic knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop preferred.
Experience with social platform analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support the recruitment team through job posting, interview scheduling, onboarding, event planning, and organizing university visits.
Assist in facilitating Early Career Program events, including intern/trainee events, orientations, socials, and final presentations.
Curate early careers newsletters, flyers, and handouts for school visits and intern events.
Curate social media content for DreamWorks Careers social media channels to tell stories and build audience.
Provide candidates with a positive interview experience by communicating interview details.
Create/update candidate records, track submissions, and maintain the intern/trainee/artist database.
Support the Recruiting team for industry hiring events/conferences and other recruitment initiatives.
