About The Position

This is a paid intern position within the Talent Acquisition team, focusing on processing job requisitions, providing ATS technical support, and assisting with sourcing tasks. The internship program is scheduled for Summer 2027, from May 17th to July 22nd, with a hybrid work arrangement in Charlotte, NC. Requirements

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business administration or a similar program.
Very strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage and prioritize a high volume of tasks.
Excellent multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

Process and approve a high volume of job requisitions for posting on the Compass Careers Page and external job boards.
Post assigned requisitions within a 24-business hour SLA after submittal, adhering to process standards.
Demonstrate Posting Best Practices to ensure data integrity of job postings.
Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and company policies for posting requisitions.
Assist the Recruiting Team with sourcing tasks as time and bandwidth permit.
Complete other various assignments and projects as warranted by workloads and business priorities.
Field calls and tickets from operators via a centralized support center, providing ATS technical support for recruitment and onboarding processes.
Provide Level 1 support for background check tickets via First Advantage and Checkr systems.
Facilitate tickets with appropriate technical teams as needed.
Provide a high level of customer service.
