About The Position

Associated Bank is seeking interns to join their Talent Acquisition team for a 12-week program. This internship offers hands-on experience, professional development, networking opportunities, and exposure to the company culture. Interns will support the Talent Acquisition team with various tasks, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, and representing the company at recruiting events. The program aims to provide interns with meaningful experience and explore career possibilities within Associated Bank.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree Student with sophomore, junior or senior standing at time of internship start date; must not have graduated prior to internship start date.

Responsibilities

Participate in structured corporate internship programming, including orientation, workshops, networking events, research project, and professional development activities.
Support a dedicated line of business with day-to-day tasks, project-based work, and assigned deliverables.
Participate in meetings, trainings, and collaborate with team members to contribute to goals and deliverables in alignment with line of business standards and timelines.
Follow company policies, procedures, and confidentiality guidelines.
Complete additional duties as assigned to support line of business needs.
Assist the Talent Acquisition team with candidate sourcing, resume screening, and requisition review activities.
Represent the company at job fairs, campus recruiting events, and other talent attraction activities.
Take part in emerging talent programs and engagement initiatives, including networking and professional development events.
Contribute to Talent Acquisition process improvement projects and operational initiatives to enhance recruiting efficiency and candidate experience.
